Cancellation policy
You have the right, to cancel this contract without declaration of reasons within 14 days.
The cancellation expiry period is 14 days from the date, you or from you named third party, who is not the transporter, was in ownership of the last items.
In order to make use of your cancellation rights you must inform us about your decision with a clear declaration ( e.g. a letter sent by postage, telefax or email) at EGÜ Modeversand GmbH Kiel, Seekoppelweg 18, 24113 Kiel (Fax: 0431/ 64 695, Email: egue@egue.de about the decision to cancel the contract.
You can fill in the sample formular and transfer it or send another clear declaration. Incase you make use of this possibility, we will send you a confirmation (e.g. via email) about the entry of this cancellation. To guarantee the cancellation expiry date, it suffices if you send the notice about enacting of the cancellation rights before the expiry of the cancellation period.
Consequences of the cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all the payments we have received from you within 14 days from the date of the entry of your cancellation in our company including the delivery costs ( with the exception of the additional costs which incurred when you use another delivery method other than the one we indicated as a cheaper standard delivery).
For this payment we use the same payment means which you used at the beginning of the transaction with the exception if we agreed on specifically other terms. We won’t charge you any processing costs for this payment. We can refuse payment, until we have received the goods or until you have given proof of sending the goods, depending on which action was first. You have to send the goods back to us within 14 days from the time you informed us of the cancellation of the contract. The expiry period is guaranteed when you send the goods within 14 days before expiry of the dateline. You incur the costs for the return postage.
You are liable for the loss of value, only when the value loss is based on a test that state, quality or functionability of the goods is attributable to your dealing with the goods.
